Default First turbo build

Okay so, here it goes.
I'm an 18 year old kid from stl area and bought a 91 brg miata about 2 years ago and it's now got a 1.8 motor from a 97 (ik it's not the best motor but hey it was a good deal and low miles). On coilovers, big sways, roll bar and decent wheels and tires. And since I just graduated highschool obviously theres a budget involved but I didnt want to waste money on total **** from ebay but I obviously wanted more power bc ya know the "cool kid" at school has got his 2010 mustang gt with the 4.6 and it's just loud bc Daddys money and it's time he gets chopped by a lil Japanese spooly boi! All jokes aside I'm willing to wait a lil longer if needed to save and just want a quality (somewhat reliable) 250 whp build.
So this is what I have so far and I would like some options/help

Kraken efr manifold and downpipe, the whole shabang
Fm stage 1 clutch
Ff 640s
3.9 fugi (ik not a torsen but again better than a viscous and was on the cheaper side but works well for now)
Ms 2 Brian built
Full custom 3' exhaust once completed (gonna sell my cat less fm 2.5 exhaust)

Trying to find a used efr if possible or somewhere I can get a new efr for $1300 or less.
And intercooler setup is still in the air (not really wanted to go cx racing buy trying to keep the ic and piping under 400)
And I have already called a local shop who tunes MS with a dyno so I'll be set there.

Again it's a half budget build as I have bought the injectors and clutch used(only 5k miles) but am willing to get the better stuff if you guys really believe in it even if I have to wait a bit longer to save. That's why i selling my used fm manifold and greddy bov then returning my 2560r to ATP promptly.

P.s. Pls dont rip me apart 😅 -im trying not to be that ebay dude who wants all the power for $1k ik good things cost money.

And I decided to switch from garrett to the Borg warner setup is because ik the efr making 250 is legit nothing but for now that's what I can afford being a stock block and not really having the funds to atleast put rods, boundary oil pump, and super damper. It's more so that I have the ability to make more power down the road when I do recoup and build the motor a bit and throw in a 6 speed.
