Is this facebook listing a good deal? Am I overlooking any compatibility issues?
Thanks in advance! Basically what the title says. Here is the text from the listing.
"I have a full turbo set up that came off a 95 1.8L. This set up easily made 250 WHP on 14.5PSI and had lots of room to go higher.
The center rotating assembly (turbine and compressor) only has about 2K miles on it and is basically brand new.
Turbo Garret GT2860RS (aka GT28RS) w/7psi actuator - New $1000
BEGI cast manifold - New $250
FlyinMiata T25 Turbine Outlet - New $259
FlyinMiata 2.5" turbo down pipe - New $249
Stage8 hardware with inconel studs - New $119
BEGI Intercooler and piping - No longer made comparable ~$450-500
Tial BOV - ~$200
I'll include all the -AN fittings (oil and cooling) and stainless lines, tapped oil pan, sensors, clamps, hose boots, heat shield, and hardware."
From the pictures he has, everything appears to be in fine condition. He offered to include a MSPnP 1 and boost and O2 sensors for an additional $400.
Anyway, should these parts from a 1.8L in a 95 work in my 99? I am unfamiliar with NA engine bays and the placement of parts etc. If there are no compatibility issues, is it a good deal, do I have haggling room?

He's asking new money for a used turbo. Should be $4-800 even if barely used.
Manifold is about right, $250-300
The rest of the hardware is high. You don't get new price unless you are the original company selling it. Figure 70-80% of new if unused, less if used.
The ECU won't work on your car.
Corona deals will probably improve as the less prepared run out of money.
