Default Dipstick Stuck in Tube

My <1 year old new dipstick handle broke off, and the dipstick itself slid down the tube until it was impossible to reach. This wasn't a pressing issue so I let it sit for a while, but I eventually got around to tapping the remaining plastic bit with a screw to make a new handle. I tried pulling the screw, but the dipstick is still firmly stuck inside the tube. I'm afraid to pull any harder and break the remaining plastic I have to work with. How do I remove the dipstick? Maybe I could drain my oil, poke around with a boroscope, and insert a dowel through my drain plug and try to wiggle it up from the other side. I'd rather have some input first though.

This car has been nothing but problems lately. Backfires in boost at 4k rpm, an incurable oil leak, toasted O2 sensor (2 feet from the turbo and at 12 o clock), 40 kpa idle MAP (used to be 30), and to top it all off I'm still missing 100hp. I need to get a leak down. One problem at a time though.

connect your manifold pcv port directly to your valve cover pcv port and do a good freeway pull the dipstick should launch out just before one of your crank seals does... Theres no right answer here ive had good luck heating a screw with a butane torch then pressing it into the plastic letting it cool and tugging it out less likely to crack than drilling and tapping and you usually have a few shots at it.

The tube is only attached to the transmission plate with a single bolt. Unbolt it and pull the tube out of the oil pan (sealed with an O-ring)?

It's already tapped. I can't tell if you're being serious with the boost to push out the dipstick thing. Maybe I'm being a dipstick. Anyways. I tried using a pry bar as well and even that wouldn't pull it out. No clue what it might be stuck on.

In other news, I replaced my oxygen sensor and its just as fucked up, if not more, than it was before. Maybe its a controller or grounding problem. Also, I discovered yet another oil leak likely coming from my turbo feed port on my engine.

I'm so done with this car. I don't know how much willpower I have left after more than a year of this crap.

Am I missing something that makes this not possible? The dipstick tube is only held in by that one 10mm bolt attached to the thin transmission plate and then an oring at the bottom. Just unbolt and pull the tube off.

If you're feeling dicey, replace the oring after
