Default Cylinder 3 Misfire under load

So I've just finished getting my turbo on my car, got it running, and took it on its maiden voyage. The car is an 01, running on a FM voodoo box with the stock ECU and stock injectors. I'm using an ebay GT2871 turbo with a 7psi wastegate. The car runs, and when I bring it into boost slowly, it usually can reach my boost target while still hitting AFRS between 11-12. The issue is when I give it full throttle and start building boost quickly it starts misfiring and pretty much loses all power at around 3psi, and the issue is more prominent after 2nd gear. The CEL is isolated to cylinder 3 after doing it several times, so I'm fairly certain it's an issue with that cylinder only. Spark plugs are brand new BKR7Es gapped to .025, with NGK wires that are about a year old. My assumption is that it is something to do with a fuel injector. I'm thinking about switching two of the injectors and testing to see if the misfire changes cylinders. Engine is healthy, so I don't think it's compression related. If anyone has any suggestions of something I haven't thought of, or can confirm my suspicions that would be great. Thanks

edit: Just thought it could be a coil pack, going to try and swap the one on cylinder 3 to 1 to see if it changes
