I'm outside my house right now with my car all jacked up and I'm tapping the pan. I have a greddy so the oil return is routed all the way to the stock return hole. What size bolt to seal it? I searched, but couldn't find anything. Maybe my searching skill is crap.

The stock oil return (on the intake side of the 1.6 blocks) is not threaded- it is a nipple fitting which requires a rubber cap to cover it. I can't recall the size, but the Mazda P/N is B660-10-328 "Cover, Blind-Cyl, Block" and it uses P/N R230-15-538 "Clamp, Hose" to retain it.

Is there a ghetto way to do this? How big is the plug anyways? Someone said 5/8"? I want to go to autozone or kragen and pick something up to cap/plug it. It's $8 at the dealers lol. f that.
