Default BNR Turbo upgrades for the MSM IHI Turbo

Has anyone ever looked into this company? He's a pretty big deal on the rx7club forum. I know alot of peolpe don't like the msm IHI turbo and they are not very reliable. I wonder if these dyno number claims are proven at all. Someone buy one please and and let us poor peolpe know.

Mazdaspeed Miata Turbocharger Upgrades

The Mazdaspeed Miata comes with an IHI turbocharger from the factory. Their turbochargers aren't known for their reliability so instead of upgrading the IHI, BNR Supercars engineered a highly customized TD05 Mitsubishi CHRA to fit the factory turbine housing.

This upgrade bolts up to your factory exhaust manifold and downpipe. Uses existing Mazda OE water lines, water banjo fittings, oil feed banjo fitting, and the oil drain tube. The comrpessor housing is upgraded, turbine housing is machined to fit the mitsubishi center section, and the factory wastegate actuator is adapted to fit the upgraded compressor housing. Upgraded wastegate actuators are also an option for the customers wanting 15 psi of boost or more.

Center housing rotating assembies are assembled and balanced in house. All rotating assembly parts and bearings are Mitsubishi Heavy Industry (MHI) original parts so you dont have quality control issues. The bearing housing custom engineered by BNR Supercars to work with Mazda's factory water and oil connections. The turbine wheel of choice for all the turbocahrgers is the TD05H. There are many choices for compressor wheels.

EVO10 (max rated at 365 BHP)
EVO 3 (max rated at 390 BHP)
18G (max rated at 410 BHP)
Billet 18G (max rated at 440 BHP)
20G (max rated at 450 BHP)
FP HTA 68 billet (max rated at 450 BHP)
All parts are very high quality and we stand behind our work with a 1 year warranty. The rotating assemblies are all balanced to .5 gram/in2 to ensure a long lifespan that is vibration free!

Here is what you get with a BNR Supercars Mazdaspeed Miata turbocharger upgrade:

These guys are big in the rx7 scene like it's already been said. I was in that group for a while and some guys made some pretty great power with the twins upgrade they have.

we have the BeaNeR turbo upgrades for the mazdaspeed 3/6 and honestly I've felt like their results have been 'meh' so far. They stuff big compressor wheels and even have options to upgrade the housing, but still uses the tiny stock mazda turbine side and that kills it I think. Guys will see lots of low end torque gain but only slightly on the top end. Seems just like any other "reworked" or "super stock" turbo etc etc. Might as well take the money spent and put it towards a real turbo IMO.
