So I am in the process of getting ready for my engine to be machined and rebuilt but wanted to talk about this craigslist turbo that I got from a guy behind a Wendy's dumpster. I know it is a journal T25 with 80ar comp and 64 ar exhaust housing. It is also a 56mm wheel. While not a giant it should plenty for my built 1.6 and 200-225whp goals. My main problem is the marker I used to index the compressor wheel to the shaft disappeared after cleaning. Moving faster than my brain was I guess.

so on the worry scale of:
its all balanced don't worry about it
to
take it to turbo shop for rebalance
where should I be?

Comp housing will be getting Cerakoted - any benefit gently chamfering the transitions to the inducer?

Bluebird T25 - I was supposed to de-rust before I rebuilt it wasn't I

junkyard pulloff for $30

rusyt boi - any tips/threads on porting WG
