Had cut a little sheet metal (blue area) to get the turbo in. Other option would have been to remove the bottom front stud off the exhaust manifold.

According to the manual, fastners have to be tightened in a specific manner to keep the converter from touching the bottom of the car. Turbo to DP, DP to CAT, Turbo to Manifold.

Plenty of clearance for the CAT, but the smaller tube on DP is touching the under body and the lower tube has minimal clearance between the frame.

Pretty sure all PS cars have a PS cooler. The fluid gets hot and will cavitate or boil out if it gets way to hot. This is obviously a problem. The PS cooler is a coil of tubing in the mouth of the car. Maybe NA's don't have one, i don't see how that is possible though.

The stock cooler in the NB models is in the way of the intercooler. So we replace it to make installation easier. We could include spacers for it, but then you have to look at the cooler and the intercooler. Not very pretty.
As for the downpipe hitting the tranny, shoot me an e-mail - I have a part I can send you. There is a motor mount spacer that will help with clearances.
