Default anyone have a custom t25 wastegate bracket?

For my first turbo setup I am using a t25 off of a sr20det. Basically to route the inlet side downwards you have to clock the housing 180*. Well doing so makes your wastegate mount on the opposite side! Has anyone fabbed up a custom bracket? or should I try to weld on some aluminum tabs for a bracket?

I just welded an L-bracket onto the wastegate, and proceeded to drill holes into it to match one of several mounting points from that position.

Thanks ssmith! That's what I had in mind, but mine is a tad different I will make more of a horseshoe bracket as it wraps around a lot further than yours does

1/2" square tubing. Easiest ------- thing I've ever fabbed.

No problems at all. We actually used these to clip a spring to on the carburetor of my dirt track car so the throttle wouldn't stick. It's very durable, I had scrap pieces so it took me maybe 10 minutes
