Default 97 miata help

Hey everybody. My gt3076 is almost fully installed but ran into one last problem....oil feed. The fitting i got was incorrect. Can anybody point me in the direction to purchase the correct fitting for the oil pressure sensor/oil feed fitting to purchase. I am not having the best of luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Seriously? I don't want to seem like an ******* here but over 60 views and not one response? I've searched the page and found trackspeed engineering but cannot get a hold of them. I thought this forum was meant to help people. or maybe I'm just way off.

You would need both of these IIRC:

the first pic (1st one on the list) plugs into one slot of the tee and you build off it to your turbo. The second pic is the tee you come out of your block with and provides a slot for the oil pressure sender and one for the adapter in the first pic. Make sense. You can do the search and buy the parts from multiple sources.

Or, you can do it like I did and come off the tee with a 1/8 BSPT x AN fitting to connect the turbo oil feed line. If you are doing like I did in this pic, you need to spin the tee all the way in BEFORE you put in the knock sensor. Not enough room to spin it in otherwise as the pic shows.

edit: this is near impossible to get all in and without leaking fittings if you try to do this with the engine installed and the intake on.

Turbomack, what adapter are you using for the knock sensor mount?

No adapter for the knock sensor. There was a threaded port right above the oil connection that is just a tap into the block. Knock sensor just screws into it using an Allen wrench.

EDIT: I see what you are asking and I’ll have to do more looking into that part the knock sensor goes on to.

Suggest you give flyinmiata a call. This is in from one of their ECU installation manuals. It shows to take out one of the motor mount bolts and replace it with the supplied bolt. Never seen this before but that’s what I’ve got for you and assume they sell what you are looking for. Not where I put mine obviously. Interpreting knock sensor data seems to be witchcraft to me as well.

They had those in the clearance section a little while ago and they are all now sold out.

Instructions and parts list for the EFR kit (which taps into the oil pressure sender location) are on their website...
