Default 720cc Red Denso PNP - Any experience?

So I came across this ad on eBay -
4X Mazda RX 8 Miata Denso Red 720cc Fuel Injectors Flow Tested Cleaned | eBay

Good price and refreshed piece, but any catch?
Never saw these ones associated with a miata..

They look like stock 225cc injectors that have been "modified" to flow more fuel. They're stating that they took 225 injectors and say they are now 720cc, I'd stay away and get real rx8 yellows. Flow test or shens
