Would anyone bet against Conor?
I'm not usually into this kiND of stuff, but the Floyd Maywethere vs. Conor Mcgregor fight has me kind of pumped. Like, my pee pee feels funny.
Anyone think the old guy can win? I say no way. Conor is going to knock his block. I think he knows he's going to lose, but the money is too good.

It is a boxing event. Mayweather is going to destroy Connor. Connor is in it because he will no longer have to work a day in his life after this fight. Mayweather won't get a KO but it will go all the rounds and he will be givin the win.

Ehh, I don't think Floyd has been training much, he sure doesn't look like it anyway. I know Mcgregor has the power to put him down , which I think is fairly rare for a 155 boxer. Plus the confidence he exudes, he's ready.

Floyd does not have to train much. His whole life has been spent on punching and dodging. It is engrained into him. He has a 49-0 record BOXING against the best boxers over the last 20 years. If you think an MMA fighter who has never had a professional boxing match in his life is going to get into a boxing ring and have any sort of change against one of the greatest boxers alive, you are sadly mistaken. If Connor could kick or if it was a MMA match he would stand a much better chance, but in a BOXING ring he has 100% chance of loosing. Well except for winning a 50+million dollar pay check and never having to be punched in the face again.

I don't even think Conor is the best boxer in the 145 or 155lb division in MMA. He's a GREAT MMA boxer.... but traditionally i don't think he's as sound (to be expected) and i don't think he's going to have the speed necessary.
Or the power, really... putting down dudes wearing MMA gloves is different from putting down dudes with huge pillows strapped to your hands.

Boxing gloves actually do more damage than MMA gloves. They weigh more, and offer more hand protection, allowing for harder and more hits. This means punches can be thrown harder and cause more damage.

It's gonna get hyped like crazy, they're gonna rake in millions, then mayweather is gonna dance around the stage for several hours dodging all of mcgregors punches, land enough of his own boring ones to win by points, and everyone will go home with blue *****. Just like most (all?) of his other fights. He wins cause he knows how to play the game.

If I was Connor I would try my hardest to get some decent punches in in the first 2 rounds. Then come round 3 let Mayweather get the knock out. Then enjoy my short hospital trip that night with 50million dollars in my pocket and having 12 cute nurses in lingerie taking care of me.

HAHAHAHAH^^^^^
I didnt consider the fact that Floyd might dance around untouched, or lightly. Im still not sure though, I think Conor is going to go in heavy right off the bat. I dont think he's going to allow Floyd to dance. That could be his down fall too...

This is like saying Emilio could be put in a Nascar race and then beat Jeff Gordon or Richard Petty in a race. It just is not going to happen. They both can drive cars, but the years of training and what they are good at are completely different.

I think that's what most folks (including Conor) seem to be missing: two significantly different forms of fighting. Mayweather knows every single rule in boxing and knows how to exploit it to his benefit 100%. This isn't about raw power, if it was he would have been beat many times in the previous years by people that (IMO) were way more talented and stronger than him.
I strongly dislike mayweather. I really hope he gets knocked out. I find him boring. But the dude knows the game, and plays it flawlessly
If he hopped into the octagon, he would get embarrassed and wrecked within a few minutes.

More or less this. Well that is if Connor can even go 12 rounds in a ring without passing out.
