Maybe it was some of each? Also, how often do you personally buy Twinkies, Ho Hos, and Ding Dongs? I honestly can't remember the last time I did. Maybe one of the two-packs of the Cup Cakes from a gas station on a road trip?

I believe Beefsteak rye bread was a Hostess product. When I was bringing a sandwich for lunch every day, this was often part of it.
Greed on both sides finished off the company. No reason for an executive to make millions any more than for a shipping clerk to make nearly 50k.
