That entire post was so all over the place with no clear thought process that I did not even understand the point.

"This is why literate people hate people who utilize poor grammar" might be more accurate because his rambling rant was both "pro gun" and "pro gun control."

So the lower sold.

He also has a complete Poly lower for $300. The interwebs have conflicting reviews. Most seem to like theirs. Then you have the haters.

Is this fever going to fade away? I don't want to pay stupid prices for something thats going to be $100 again in 6 months.

Well seeing as it was from my phone which only has a tiny text box...sorry for grammar mistakes.

Who says pro-gun means anti-control? Gun control should be used to allow honest citizens have guns. So say you did 10 years for a murder, you serve your sentence and get out...you should not be able to go buy a gun.

You're an honest tax paying citizen, you should be able to go buy a gun.

If a person wants something, they'll get it whether its legal or not.

Exactly.

I've had a few people ask, "why would any one need an assault rifle in their house? Why would you need a fully auto rifle" I then asked them if they thought that ever AR was fully auto...they said yes. Some people just don't know and they believe the worst. I mean, I understand not knowing something but don't accuse/make statements about "facts" if you don't know about the facts of the "facts"

Since when have people cared about facts? It's all about running ones suck about how the government should pass a law that will make us feel better after something bad happens, like we did something positive.

Well, ill give my guns up and feel safe when the secret service give up theirs. By then everyone, including the president, will be safe and we, the people, will have no reason to own guns for protection.

Anyone else see the bil Obama passed today? He, and all former Presidents get S.S. security for life. He's protected by FULL AUTO guns, but we can't have more than 7 rounds in a magazine.

I sincerely hope someone shoots Cuomo.

I like how picking a director for the ATF is on the list. I am pretty sure that is one of Obama's jobs anyways.

He said that he had to issue an EO since he couldn't seem to follow the procedure laid out by the Constitution where Congress approves the appointment.

What degree of mental illness precludes gun ownership?

If that is the actual list of his initiatives, I have a hard time - on their face - objecting strongly to most (any) of them.

However, I just found the Washington Post transcipt of his press conference and he does, in fact, call on Congress to reinstate the 10-round magazine and "assault weapons" ban.

Oh, and no mention of suicides, inner city or black-on-black incidents being a disproportionate amount of violent crime relative to total population and, of course, no mention that firearms related homicides have been trending down for the last several years despite a high volume of firearms sales.

:(

I think that list is just what he is using EO's to do, he knows he needs congress to pass AWB and magazine capacity limits.

I still am highly doubtful of an AWB or magazine ban happening.
