I thought it was more like "You're the blithering retard for trying to use the race card to win a pointless 'debate' online."
If you want to call me out for being racist, how about use a examples of when I claim that us black people are better than the rest, all other races should suffer and die, and we need to remove all whites from power as they use laws to keep our people down.
Also, are you more concerned with the 5/14th potential violations because the suspect might be able to get away with a crime on a technicality (good thing they caught him on tape and have plenty of evidence against him out of questioning) or because you think it might be a bad precedent that FBI can toss ****** you up and start questioning you without a lawyer?
and why do you think this is more important than citizens being forced out of homes and being accused of harboring terrorists without due process of the law?

As for the racism stuff, I brought it up because you said some dog whistle racism stuff involving Tsarnaev running for President. Go look up dog whistle racism and Lee Atwater's Southern Strategy. Words matter. Context matters.

Your shitty arguments, strawmen, diversions, claims of racism, and other off-the-subject tactics to avoid actually getting yourself in a debate/discussion/argument and avoiding all my questions reflects poorly on you.

For the kids:
Racism: a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others
(Hitler was a racists, the Ku Klux Klan are racists.)
Bigotry: stubborn and complete intolerance of any creed, belief, or opinion that differs from one's own
I get really tired of people throwing around "racist," when really they are speaking of "bigotry."

Are people seriously claiming now "I'm a bigot, not a racist! There's a HUGE difference!"?
Seriously, the Birther movement has nothing to do with Obama's creed, beliefs, or opinions, and everything to do with the color of his skin. Why? Name one other president, ever, that has had to deal with anything like the birther movement. Please, I'd love to hear any other examples. I'm completely unaware of any in recent history, but I would be fascinated to hear of something I'm not aware of on this topic.
You can dance around claiming "B..b..b..but I'm bigoted, not racist!" all you want, it's...pathetic.
P.S. Pop quiz, if you punch, or attack, or kick, or mug someone because he's white, isn't that racism? Suddenly, a few posters here have made some radical changes in stances from previous topics they've posted in.

Annnd the whole reasoning behind his place of birth being questioned is, if you actually look at the birther's idiocy, because of his race - you have some prominent members of the birther movement referring to him as a '------' FFS, pardon my language.
There are newspaper articles on President Obama's birth from the 60s FFS. People are accusing him of going back in time and at the exclusion of any sane logic to even remotely try to seriously imply his place of birth was ever in any serious contention.
