I never said it was. All I ever said is the stories dont make sense/add up. I understand witness accounting, this is why I like watching raw footage or look at pictures.
The official report was that suspect #2 fired on police, they opened up on him 30-50 bullets were fired. then for the next 2 hours nothing happened.
so let's talk about it.
1. Homeowner discovered a motionless body and calls cops.
2. Cops run to house and unleash hell; possibly without confirmation of who was even in the boat.
3. They sent in a negotiator to talk with someone "unable to speek" for about 2 hours.
4. In these two hours they flashbanged him a few times.
5. he finally gets out on his own accord.
This video captures the fury of gunfire and the "negotiations," you can ignore the witness accounts after, but those two other things happened. What I do love is when police were searching houses in these videos, they let the homeowners hang around and go in first to areas they were searching.
If he had no gun, and was motionless in the boat with sustained wounds, why did police unleash FURRY on the boat while he was inside, possibly already dead?
If he had no gun, and wounds to his face legs and hands, was laying in the boat presumably from 2 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. motionless, how was he then able to climb out of the boat, even after no reaction to multiple flashbangs?
His gun wounds are still claimed to be self-inflicted. That means after he "ran over his brother" and ditched his SUV and barely fled on foot, he shot himself ditched the gun and then climbed in the boat? I'm sure that story will change.
My opinion, my inalienable right, is that it's a very fishy storyline. And I still haven't even talked about the MIT officier yet, or the crime spree, or the plans to bomb in NY, or the second blast analysis...

I realize he was just allegedly in a firefight with police the night before and is suspected of killing 4 people and injuring 260, but im not sure we live by wartime rules of engagment in the US.
If he had no gun, how could he put up a fight and exchange in gunfire (see 0:36 of the video)? If he had no gun, and wounds to his face legs and hands, was laying in the boat presumably from 2 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. motionless, how was he then able to climb out of the boat, even after no reaction to multiple flashbangs?

Maybe the original reports came from officers who did not know the full story and were not authorized to talk to the media. So when people who really knew what was going on finally talked they put out the correct stories and the best time line of events they currently have.
As for the waiting on the guy, they maybe just did not know what he had in the boat. For all they knew he could have had guns and bombs. From the videos I have seen of him in the boat they were all of to shitty of quality to tell if he had anything. So the police were operating under the idea that he was heavily armed to be on the safe side, and then hope that he had nothing, which is what ended up happening.

Bro did you see how small that boat was? How was he going to not be "motionless". He was laying prone and they were worried he might try to get to the fuel tanks seeing as they still had fuel in them. They don't know if he has a bomb or not, or grenades, or really anything other than he isn't worried about killing people.

Police shot the boat to Kingdom Come very shortly after the call came in to dispatch that there was a suspect in a boat.
Where is discussion/audio about fuel tanks?
shooting happened at ~7:10 p.m.
Helicopter feeds show three flashbangs at 7:55 (almost an hour later) with zero reaction. It's unclear if this was before or after the shooting.
at 8:10 you finally see his hand move. The video then just starts playing clips all over the place. He surrendered at around ~8:45, so another half hour after first movement.
If anything is proved, police searching the town failed hardcore.

Because people are stupid. Some girl's mom started a kickstarter to send her to game-making camp so she could make an RPG. They funded $20k out of the $800 they were asking for.
