He was already in the intersection when the light turned. In NC you're required to clear the intersection.
Throwing the smoke bomb was wrong but hitting the truck was a felony, felonies are fair game in NC. And castle law applys to vehicles.

Not to anything which Braineack has posted. Nothing is relevant to that. I'm trying to find some evidence that the assailant in that video, who was black, was acting in the interest of, or due to motivation from, the BLM movement. By all appearances, she seems to just be a random *******.

I'm still waiting for 1 video of a white person attacking a black one. I'm pretty sure the KKK is out on every corner of every street causing havoc to the black community on a regular basis [at least CNN leads me to beleive this]; surely their obamaphones have captured at least one incident!

I see a video of two black people, who we now know to be two lesbians in a relationship with one another, assaulting a birthday party being held by a group of obese people who appear to be of Central or South-American ancestry. This is not ironic, it's just mindless violence.
