The only way this could be any funnier would be if Braineack were to dip the argument in cornmeal batter, deep-fry it, and serve it on a stick at the state fair, with a little plastic cup of neo-nationalist dipping sauce, for $6.

I, for one, don't care that Trump did [action], and there are probably a lot of people out there who do care that Trump paid off **** stars, specifically.
I asked the cat, and she doesn't seem to care either. So that's two.
Also still curious as to the similarities which you perceive between paying off **** stars and buying political advertising.

Poor Manafort... Already pleading guilty to conspiracy and obstruction of justice before the second trial can even get underway.

do they care that he paid someone off to silence them, or that he did something that required paying someone off?
the action of paying someone off isn't illegal -- it was only questionable because it possibly happened with election funds -- which again isn't even a crime. Violating the terms of the non-disclosure, however, is a crime, right?

Some people care that the president paid off some **** stars to keep quiet.
Some people care that the president needed to pay off some **** stars in the first place.
Some people care that that president is a ****.
The cat, meanwhile, continues not to care about any of this. It seems to be distracted by a butterfly.
(The butterfly is a metaphor for you trying to divert attention away from Paul Manafort.)
This is the stupidest bullshit and it's incredibly offensive and disrespectful to those who suffered under the *****. This is the type of talk that would allow ***** to come back into power. Any one who says they are "fighting *****" or "racism" when talking about US politics would have their throats cut on the first night they actually met a real ****. Give me a break.

In reality, ***** are kind, compassionate people who love kittens. They got stuck with a bad reputation during the whole "let's brutally exterminate everyone who isn't like us because this Austrian ******* says they're bad, and also conquer the world" phase, and have never recovered from it.
Back to Trump and his purchased liason,
Does anybody know the original price for Stormy and the duration of the interaction?
What I am trying to figure is her hourly rate before and after the payoff.

meanwhile:

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has unloaded on his Obama-era predecessor John Kerry for "actively undermining" U.S. policy on Iran by meeting several times recently with the Iranian foreign minister.
In unusually blunt and caustic language, Pompeo said Friday that Kerry's meetings with Mohammad Javad Zarif — who was his main interlocutor in the Iran nuclear deal negotiations — were "unseemly and unprecedented" and "beyond inappropriate."
President Donald Trump had late Thursday accused Kerry of holding "illegal meetings with the very hostile Iranian Regime, which can only serve to undercut our great work to the detriment of the American people."

Still waiting.
Is this going to take long? I have plans later this afternoon. There's a book-burning at 1pm, and then we're constructing a community safe-space at 4pm. It's sponsored by Revolution Brewing, so I expect we'll probably wind up drunk and then overthrow the city council only to realize that we forgot to make a plan for continuity of government and wind up looking like Abdirahman Omar in retrospect.
