I remember losing 15 pounds in two weeks when I travelled by myself to Italy. I had so much pasta, pizza and red wine that they should have had to roll me onto the plane. Just wanted to send well wishes to my fellow Floridian's in the middle of the state. Hopefully you guys have evacuated or have everything you need to battle the storm during and after. I know a lot of you guys just got done dealing with Helene which makes it that much worse. My thoughts are with you all.
