Here's a link to the GAO offices that posted the notice. Interestingly, not only has Elon Musk said he'd work for free on a government waste/fraud/abuse commission, Trump said he'd take him up on that offer.
I work on the Human Affairs Committee for my town, San Clemente, a beach city of 65,000 people. We see our fair share of addicts, homeless, mentally ill, temporarily homeless, service resistant, dual diagnosis, and others who can be put in any number of categories. California has thrown billions at this issue in the past four years (over $24 billion!), and they admit that they can't show where it's gone. It's utterly amazing. If you need something, there's no money, and yet somehow when a developer in Los Angeles wants to build a homeless high-rise at $400,000 per residence, it somehow happens. California has half the homeless in America for a reason--our laws and our weather. Our laws say you do hard drugs here consequence free, and then show up at your P.O. box for a government check. After you've gamed the system long enough you can end up with "permanent supportive housing." The scam of "sober homes" still happens under a different guise, and trying to address any of it through the maze of California laws is almost impossible. It's crisis by design.
The addict and the mentally ill end up losing, because both are progressive diseases, and you don't have to accept treatment if you'd rather just stay on the street and get high every day. The money spent "helping" them merely creates a circular crisis. Meanwhile the elderly, those in abusive relationships and a huge number of working poor are mainly overlooked.
Yeah, I'd like a commission please.

There's waste, fraud and abuse, and then there's actual aiding and abetting a foreign terrorist group. Biden did this. Guns, ammo, bulletproof vests, night vision, armored vehicles....allofit.
It's the worst, most embarrassing military blunder in American history.

This is allegedly a real billboard, one of several paid for by the Republican Party of Arizona:
Well, clearly this specific picture is a mock-up. It's allegedly representative of several actual billboards in AZ.
It's also a great example of the Mandela Effect.
Are Haitian immigrants actually abducting and eating people's pet cats? Maybe, maybe not. It actually doesn't matter. Vance has got enough people wondering if they might be that now it's a campaign issue.
Same as how the Dems have their fanbase convinced that Chester Cheetah is the gravest threat to American democracy in history, despite the fact that they themselves just tossed out the results of a fair election and substituted a candidate whom literally no one at all voted for, because her skin tone and gender are a better fit for November.
