Kill the Keystone pipeline, and stop (within their power) drilling on public land.

If we're making more oil than ever, where is it going?

I'm not sure whether you didn't read my last post, or if you just think I'm lying. (Or being lied to.)

Here's the relevant part which specifically answers your question here:

This massive increase in exporting is good for the balance of trade, as well as for the value of the dollar relative to oil-importing countries.

Of course, we could artificially cause the domestic retail price of petroleum products to fall by banning (or massively taxing) petroleum exports. But, of course, we all know what happens when the government decides to interfere with commerce.

To give an even more comprehensive answer to the question "where is it going?" I present the following data:

I'm at home, so I don't have time for a lot of personal stuff like I do at work...

The other day the local morning AM radio democrat shill was reading an article from Reuters stating illegal aliens (undocumented douchebags) pay $97B in state and federal taxes. He asked where that money would come from if they were deported. There was no mention of how much money they take out of the system.

Maybe you are being lied to.

They also fail to point out that a sizeable portion of those taxes they're referencing are SALES tax.

So, this is... horrifying:

That's Cleve Wootson Jr., a reporter for the Washington Post, suggesting to White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre that the administration should censor the then-upcoming interview between Elon Musk and former president Trump.

Jean-Pierre then replies "I don't have any specifics on what we have been doing internally."

Isn't there something about not abridging the freedom or speech or of the press written down somewhere?

This is why it was such a huge deal that the press/WH would go to social media and get content they didn't like removed/banned.

The press is literally propaganda and the public arm of the deep state (when the government is abridged by that thing thing you mentioned).

In order to get a better understanding of our storm clouds, let’s exam a few of the 45 Communist, and by extension Socialist and Progressive, goals that have been read into our Congressional Record:
  1. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
  2. Get control of the schools and teachers’ associations. Soften the curriculum.
  3. Gain control of all student newspapers.
  4. Infiltrate the press.
  5. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV and pictures.
  6. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and press.
  7. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in the media.
  8. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, and healthy.”
  9. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion.
  10. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principal of “separation of church and state.”
  11. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate and old-fashioned.
  12. Discredit the American founding fathers as selfish aristocrats [and racists].
  13. Belittle American culture and discourage the teaching of American history.
  14. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
  15. Infiltrate and gain control of big business and unions.
  16. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as mental health or social problems.
  17. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
  18. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents.
  19. Repeal the Connally Reservation, allowing the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.
It was Jan. 10, 1963, that Congressman Albert S. Herlong. Jr. from Florida read the list of 45 Communist goals for America into the Congressional Record.

I want to be clear that I am not trying to argue against you.

I am trying to encourage you to make factual arguments based on objective information, rather than just repeating what you've been told by Joe Rogan (et. al), and basing your opinions on slogans and party lines.

In the posts I've made here previously, I have directly cited numerous primary sources. In your response, you have cited a talk show.

Joe,

I appreciate you taking the time to make comprehensive and compelling posts. I have no problems with your approach or how you presented the data. Argue all you want. I enjoy your inputs.

But the bottom line, really, is try as they might, nothing the MSM or administration writes or says changes the fact that everything costs more, and I feel less safe.
