But I am entirely certain that the pro-socialist folks within the US actually do see the ducks. Or, they see something else which is equally friendly and non-threatening.
I wonder if they feel that relying on the government to support them is a better option than being in control of their own destiny.
I'm not sure that the idea of being in control of one's own destiny is even something to be considered here.
This is the generation which, due to the parenting styles of my own generation, has been helicoptered and play-dated and tracked every moment of their life They've never experienced freedom and self-determination.
