I create a meme which combines two of your absolute favorite things in the whole world (mocking trans people and distrusting the government) and I get... that?

I'm at a loss for words here. I didn't think California could be that fucked up.
$44k / year is more than... a lot of jobs which require some degree of skill and training pay. It's basically the same as the median entry-level salary for an elementary school teacher in California.
I wonder how many years it's going to be before we see the "Have you or a loved one suffered complications from a COVID-19 vaccine?" commercials like the ones for Camp Lejune or Mesothelioma.

Those Camp Lejeune ads are running constantly on NN. They even have some full-length 30 minute informercials in the wee-hours. We're making good money from that lawsuit.
The headline is only a slight exaggeration. Whipped cream is not completely illegal, but you do need to show ID to buy it.
This will, of course, in no way lead to a massive increase in shoplifting. And, before long, New Yorkers will need to track down an employee to unlock the whipped cream case, much as we have to do with spray paint today.
If you found that honest that would mean you believe her quote, her quote is most likely a lie. I don't think any of that is honest.
So... You believe that the BBC did NOT instruct its producers to present this subject in a way which falsely projected an image of balance to the audience?
You believe that Emily Maitlis is lying when she accuses her former employer, a government-run media company, of bias in journalism?
If so, then I am afraid I may have fallen into bizarro world.

I believe that the bias she claims they have is opposite of what it actually is. You believe she could find 60 lefty economists but only 1 right leaning one? Big ******* doubt.

Bro do you really think a journalist would do that? Just get on the internet and make up some lie?!

The point is it's a self-serving example. It's a Lefty example. "Everyone thinks like us, but we have to show balance on tv." Utter BS. If anything she's pandering to the next person who will hire her, and in the UK that person is most likely a Socialist.
Because I criticized a mainstream media organization, which is normally something that the far-rightists here reserve for themselves, y'all changed up and made this about Brexit itself, and the political leanings of those who supported and opposed it.
