They also walked around inside with the Nike shoe-shoppers, and took selfies with them. and casually walking through Statuary Hall, in single file, respecting the velvet ropes... how many police cars were burned? How many bricks were thrown? How many buildings were set on fire? How many people were murdered? How many police were killed while sitting in their cars? How many Nikes were stolen? How large of an area is now an Autonomous zone? The most violent thing that occurred yesterday was when an overzealous SS shot into a crowd, including police who were standing within, and killed a young girl. doesn't this alone give white people license to riot and loot for days? A few angry people in a crowd of thousands from across the nation were ushered inside the building, breaking a few doors to gain access, and then it was used against them and their movement; beautifully I might add. Apparently, this building is so sacred, that mortals and peasants like us dare not bring shame to the building. It is a place for only Gods and liberals. What you saw yesterday was no riot or tea party; it hardly held a candle to even the most peaceful Occupy, BLM, or Antifa gathering in recent history. you just choose to ignore/forget it. |
I'd argue that even if they did no peacefully break in that it's less damaging than looting common citizens and businesses

^ Ah, yes. There it is. "Well, they rioted first, and ours was way less bad, even though we were trying to overturn the constitution."

And what exactly does the Constitution say should happen on Jan 6th when Pence is presented with the alternative electors' votes from (7) states?
Granted, the founders did not have the foresight to predict what happened yesterday, however the Congress did meet, the electors' votes were counted, VP Pence accepted their votes as valid, and Biden was certified as the winner of the election. Remember back in 2016, when Hillary won the popular vote, but lost the electoral vote, and so she went on a month-long hissy fit claiming to be the legitimate president, and accusing the Republicans of fraud, which culminated with Liberals storming the Capitol? |

I'm not saying I condone what transpired yesterday. I knew exactly what was going to happen, and how it was going to be portrayed and backfire. And sure enough... |

There are State Capitols... think 2012. You forgot about them, just as you will forget about yesterday. If you honestly think people will remember yesterday, which i know you do, youre very much mistaken.

Yes, the portrayal is clearly the major issue here.

Are you trying to say some violence is OK but others aren't? Violence is violence.

Until the passage of the 15th, 19th and 24th Amendments, you did indeed get to pick who "the people" were. |

I'm stating this objectively, it should not be construed as reflecting my opinion on the matter:

On a positive note, all the gaslighting in the area will make it easier to drive home after 5pm tonight.
