I'd be happy with judge Judy having actual power. She's pretty awesome.

That time you and you big tech buddies paid over $350 million to fix an election, but did a piss-poor job at it and the people/states are wising up:
https://blog.youtube/news-and-events...0-us-election/ Yesterday was the safe harbor deadline for the U.S. Presidential election and enough states have certified their election results to determine a President-elect. Given that, we will start removing any piece of content uploaded today (or anytime after) that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election, in line with our approach towards historical U.S. Presidential elections. For example, we will remove videos claiming that a Presidential candidate won the election due to widespread software glitches or counting errors. We will begin enforcing this policy today, and will ramp up in the weeks to come. As always, news coverage and commentary on these issues can remain on our site if there’s sufficient education, documentary, scientific or artistic context. |
........So I guess it's cool then since the GA senate race is still up for grabs?? That ban ALSO applies to state, senate, etc races as well.....
Goose....gander....some other shit. It's a private platform. They can do whatever the fuck they please. Don't like it?? Get bent and go use Christian Mingle or some shit..... P.S I guess it's also cool to be onboard with clearly false information being spread across all sorts of platforms lol |
why the ban on just election "misinformation"? Plenty of Flat-earthers, pro-communism, a boy = girl, science is fake, etc etc videos out there....

Bush v Gore was a difference of a few hundred votes.
Biden v trump was difference of hundreds of thousands and over 5M difference in the popular vote in favor of Biden...... Apples to :insert completely unrelated scenario: trump lost by a MUCH MUCH slimmer margin in 2016?? Fraud?? And I would like to hear about these "others" (elections which went on for much longer) that braineack speak about.... |
Slightly off topic, but... had Gore taken his home state of Tennessee, Florida would not have mattered. In other words, the people that knew Gore and his family the best did not want him to be president. IMHO, it worked out as it should have.

Ding.
Did Gore even campaign in his home state?? It's funny as HRC made the exact same mistake in the rust belt states...... |

What's even the point of an election if states don't follow the federal laws nor their own laws, and proceed to count votes in violation of said laws? What's even the point of an election if you cannot challenge the legitimacy of the results, especially when you change the laws/rules on a whim without the legislature? What's even the point of an election if you cannot confirm/verify/audit/adjudicate the results to ensure they were not in violation of the law? It's pretty simple: Either the Constitution/law [be it state or U.S.] matters or it doesn't.Texas seems to think if one state has cheated in obtaining its representation in the federal government, that affects all other states. Not sure how that is related. Are you saying he alienated his home state?
Back on topic. Read this. https://www.zerohedge.com/political/...ass-smell-test Gore made a similar assumption but to a greater extent becuz #Homestate Key strategic mistakes by both candidates |

Every idea of proportion and every rule of fair representation conspire to condemn a principle, which gives to Rhode Island an equal weight in the scale of power with Massachusetts, or Connecticut, or New York; and to Delaware an equal voice in the national deliberations with Pennsylvania, or Virginia, or North Carolina. Its operation contradicts the fundamental maxim of republican government, which requires that the sense of the majority should prevail." My comment: In the end, Senators represented the States, House Members represented the population, and the president was kind of a mix. Done with phone so may not be cut and pasted quite right. |
