SRS- If the aluminum race isn't out of the question, you should try it. fwiw- I used to run showroom stock with a guy who was 6'6" and he fit under the hardtop with an Ultrashield aluminum seat, padded cover, and helmet.

Yes, no problem. Zero california emissions considering that the car is parked in VIRGINIA as indicated in the FIRST POST.

While it probably could with a lot of effort and finding the right people, you asking the question means you would never get it past because you do not know what would have to be done to it.

Thanks,

I know on my evo just cams and larger injectors would throw me over the limit. Don't know too much about miatas for how easy they are to pass / fail the smog test.

My email? alexanderaudi@gmail.com

I'm out of the country at the moment with my family for winter break. I'll be back this coming sunday the 26th. I am returning emails every couple days. I can show the car next week, or I left the car ready to be picked up by a potential buyer who should be sending a trailer in the next day or two. As always, until cash is in my hand, the car is still for sale.

I might be able to take this off of your hands. My 94 might get totaled out by insurance.

No idea what B14(andy)'s deal is. Seems like a scam to me. He did send me the deposit(not as much as I asked for), but now I have no way to get in touch with him. He went out of town suddenly and left his friend to handle the transaction. He couldn't figure out how to send me verified funds through paypal so I had to send the shipping service on it's way on the 3rd time he told me they were coming to pickup the car and they actually came for it. Now his friend isn't returning my voicemails and he is not returning my emails(it's been over a week). Andy I want to make this official and very tangible you can contact me about getting your deposit back, but I am no longer holding the vehicle. I have another interested party possibly putting a deposit down today and picking the car up. If you are serious about buying the car, have cash, understand I am 100% firm on my price, and are not wasting my time then please please please contact me by email as soon as possible. I have people who are serious with cash interested, please do not waste my time asking 50 questions about the car then flaking.

Have a nice day!

-Alex

So he tried to pick up the car without actually paying for it? The above post doesn't seem very clear to me.

he sent a shipping service(tractor trailer) and was going to paypal me verified instant funds once the shippers verified I had title in hand and that I indeed did have a white miata. Then he kept sending echecks though paypal that weren't going to clear for a week. Therefore I took the car off the trailer and sent them on their way.

I would never agree to something like that. Ever.

As the seller? Why not? I had nothing to lose, that car was not leaving my house until I had all of the funds transferred into my paypal account as verified non-pending $$$
