Seen on CL in Portland - 1999 for $3800?
I've been searching for a really good deal before I but, but this seems awfully cheap. Anything in particular I should ask? I guess first and foremost I should ask if it has a clean and clear title, or if it's been rebuid/salvaged. Other things in particular I should ask?

That's Ok. Saml01 thought it was legit too and sent it to us local guys too. He saw it on one of the east coast CL's. (It was posted in just about every area).
The one he saw also included:
"The introduction of new crops transforming private farming into a new global industry exported
everywhereDoheny Drive forms the western end of the Strip which ends at
Crescent Heights Boulevard to the eastWhile religious foundations of all
faiths were tax exempt in the Muslim world civilians paid their taxes to the
urban authorities soldiers to the superior officer and landowners to the
state treasury Taxes were also levied on an unmarried man until he was wed
Instead ofThe new borough negotiated with the government to free land where
the Todd Motors car assembly plant was built in 1975 and Broken Hill was
also zoned industrial use Other major industries were also established as
well as a modern shopping centre where there once had been empty space "
at the end of the posting.

The spammers on CL are usually pretty obvious. WAAAYYY to good of deal to be true. The tricky ones are the ones that put an ad up that's juuussssst a little bit cheap. They post those ads everywhere and collect email addresses from all the responses.
The pisser is you want to respond just in case it's legit. You've gotta have a throwaway email adress to use for those ads. If you use your permanent adress you are going to see an increase in ads for penile enlargement cream, money to loan and "fishing" attempts.
