Default For sale: 1996 JRSC with a lot of things! ASAP!

Need to sell one of my cars ASAP!
Up for grabs is 1996 Red Miata.
~106.5k on clock

Pics: http://urbansoot.net/miata/

Installed:
JRSC - $1800
TDR 62.5mm pulley @ 7.5psi w/ custom made idle pulley bracket - $150
Custom 2.5" catback with brand new catalytic and resonator - $250
Short throw shifter - $40
Prosport gauges (tinted electronic boost and a/f) - $120
Autopower roll bar - $150-250
15" BBS wheels with Falken Azenis - $600
NGK iridium plugs and NGK blue wires - $80
Fidanza 9lbs flywheel - $300
Exedy clutch - $200

Not/semi installed (everything comes with car):
Some interior trim behind seats (after roll bar installation)
Devil's Own WI kit - $180
MegaSquirt (wiring/pre-setup done, needs to be hooked up and tuned) - $650
Racing Beat solid 15/16" front sway bar - $120

Bad things:
Plastic window needs replacement - $125
Needs new radio surround - $40
Needs stereo - $50
Minor dings and scratches here and there. Nothing major.

So thats about $5k in modifications. Asking $6250 OBO or trade for 1.6L in decent condition + cash. Again, I need to sell it ASAP! I am showing at HIN this October and won't be able to finish this car in time (show quality paint is expensive) so selling this one to get another Miata.

if he bought it built and modded and then added CLT, AIT, harness building supplies (wiring, connectors) that's not un-reasonable..... All said and done it probably cost me $450 for mine and I assembled it.

yeap. anyways... $5k takes it! need it gone asap because i have a good deal on 1.6!

forgot to mention that i actually have several more things installed:
braided brake lines & performance pads + i have braided clutch line in glove box. brand new. and megasquirt comes with lc-1 sensor.

ps: i can part it out. $3500 takes car without jrsc, wi, megasquirt, and other uninstalled parts. will need new power steering bracket though because we used original one to mock up custom supercharger bracket.
