I'd not be afraid of running 6-7psi on that set up w/o a wideband or dyno tune. It knocks, or it doesn't.

It's running 8 psi without knock. Same 12:1 disc in the FMU. No wide band. When it's really cold outside it has a little lope to the idle for about 3-4 minutes, but after that it runs fine.

I've also got a turbo blanket on it, a koyo radiator, and Jackson racing plug wires that aren't in the picture.

I'm running 8 deg. of base timing until I get my intercooler on, but that's not gonna happen anymore. With the 12:1 FMU disc and 305's it runs rich enough to keep air temps under control.

I wasn't planing on keeping it this way. It's just that money constraints have forced me to put it up for sale before I could dive into some new engine managment ****. Which really sucks. She was really starting to come along nicely.

You should be running 6* for base timing instead of 8 and run 5psi to run base without no engine management.

Stop being a c-blocker. If it doesn't knock, it's fine.

Ok. I know I'm broke. Maybe some of you are broke. It may need a few parts before it is perfect, but I'm willing to lower it to $4000. Any takers. Come on. You know you want it.
