Correction, stupid mods dont add any value to the car. However lets just throw some numbers around. 2000 Miata ranges in 8-9k (kelly blue book) if you strike a deal you might find somethin a bit cheap. Afterward, what would your goal be towards the car?? taking that your posting in this forum add 2-2.5k for and ENTRY level system give or take depending on what your experience is labor, if you still paying to have your oil changed the add about 1k for over all labor. Once you add more power taking that you havent upgraded suspencion, throw 200-1.5k depending on how cheap and what your goals are. Just that would put you in the 10-12k. Add exhaust, rollbar, clutch.. ect. and the price would start to approach +14k. But once again it all depends on what you want and what your goals are. IMHO the car is worth the asking price.
