Jeanne's 10ae clean, modified, rebuilt
Jeanne and I have decided after months of discussions what we wanted to do with the Miata and we are comfortable and confident to sell the car that we have delicately built. If you thought my miata was meticulous? Think again with hers.
It was a difficult decision because we have invested so much into this car not only financially but emotionally as well.
So here is the History and Modifications followed by Gorgeous pictures.
We picked the car up locally in Sebring Florida from the owner. "not the original but that doesn't matter"
We have had the car maintained by Esteban who parts out miatas locally in Orlando from Redline Autosports. He is a very nice, thorough, and efficient business owner who I have known for 5 years. We had him do minor jobs on the car until we had the cars motor rebuilt with new oem spec parts from BSI racing. They are located in Daytona Beach and race spec miatas. Here is there website link

I have pictures of the receipt and the amount we paid for the entire engine to be rebuilt.
Afterwards, the car was maintained to this day by Assured Autoworks who are very meticulous with there work and do not cut corners anywhere. I'm so happy with their job performance that I take my 93 Rx7 there to be worked on and they are not rotary specialists.
The 10ae has no oil leaks and is super reliable. BSI Racing did a phenomenal job on the rebuild which will last another 150k miles. The engine was rebuilt June 30th of 2014. Since then we have barely put miles on the engine and was broken in professionally. The car now has 109k miles.
We will be dropping the car off to be properly and professionally cleaned inside and out and sealed by the original paint shop who painted the vehicle last March. The owner from whom most of you know Clay Deen at Decaudellas who owned a beautiful 10ae as well painted the same color. When he sold his car, I asked if it was okay to paint our 10ae the same beautiful 10ae blue with a blue candy clear coat on top which gives it the Rich and Lush HD Color and he did.
We will cover the bill with the detail for the buyer because it will be stored at his shop for buyers to come look at.
All maintenance has been done on the vehicle with new OEM parts and within the last 2 years. Everything works from fog lights, defroster on the back glass soft top to the cruise controls.
List of Mods done in the last 2 years

What bothers me:
Steering Wheel is not a 10ae wheel. I've been searching for a clean sufficient wheel to replace the NB black steering wheel that is taking its place right now.
The EGR needs to be cleaned and greased.
The Engine Bay was not painted the same clear coat as the outside
We have extra parts to go with the car that I have collected when I had my miata:
New Oem Rad/Vacuum hose
2nd Neo Chrome shifter
RevLimiters Security hard top bolts
Jet stream Carbon Fiber Plug Cover
10ae Chrome NB Wheels
New Kics Heptagon Caliber 24 Titanium Coating Lug Nuts
2 Transmission Speed Sensors
New OEM License Plate Light Cover
New OEM Bumper Clips
New Valve Cover embellish bolts
OEM boost sensor
OEM Crank sensor
New Roadster Tech Window Bushings
Original Gas lid
And Whatever else I find thats Miata related. We are Asking 9,000 for the all of this. We will negotiate a lower price without the sell of the Works wheels. Car has always been garaged since our ownership and Paint Job. Jeanne doesn't drive the car hard.

Whew, car looks super clean. That paint job looks great.
Do you know what the deal is with the badges? Did only a few of them get 2 or did they tend to fall off? My 10ae just had one, but I just assumed that's the way it was supposed to be.
GLWS.

The Overflow Reservoir was super ugly so I replaced it with a new Oem reservoir and the reservoir hose.
Im now thinking of replacing the windshield wiper fluid reservoir.

Hopefully this will be my last bump. It will be going to the new owner tomorrow.
