2000 Brilliant Black Miata LS

I’m looking to pass on my turbo NB to another enthusiast. I’ve owned this car from 2006 and it has been turbocharged since 2010. It is an absolute blast to drive. Unfortunately over the last few years the car hasn’t been driven as I live in the city and take public transit to work. Recently I have revived the car in an effort to sell it to someone who will actually drive it.

Some issues listed here:
There are typical rust spots on the sill edges. It’s a midwest car and is starting to show its age. The sideskirts/flaps need new mounting hardware. The trunk needs to be painted unless you’re a fan of white fiberglass (original trunk comes with the car).
While the XEDE is functional, you’d really be better off with a modern ECU. It's currently breaking up at full boost, might just need the plugs gapped.
The car isn’t registered (emissions), I have the OEM cat and injectors to swap back to and it should be straightforward to get it to pass.
Looking for $5500; car's located in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
