FS: 1988 Mazda RX7
1988 Mazda RX7 SE 5spd
-5lug swap
-10AE 16" wheels (White, I could swap them for 15" base alloys off a 86)
-Turbo II brakes, front and rear
-Race header and cat back exhaust - NO CAT - OEM type muffler at the end so its quiet, swapping out for a less restrictive muffler would free up some power
-Aluminum hood ( SE originally came with steel hood, aluminum is off another trim level)
-130XXX miles
-There are two spots of rust starting on the lower passenger fender, less than the size of a penny, other than that the body is rust free, as is the chassis.
-AC deleted my previous owner
Engine runs great. This would also be a great chassis for a V8 swap.
Asking $2000, but im allways open to offers and trades!

I may be willing to apply a Wisconsin Turbo Miata discount
ALSO forgot to add the car has new tires with less than 1000 miles, all seasons, BF Goodrich Traction T/A if I remember correctly.

Small bonus for whoever is thinking about buying this car...
I too have an '88 SE RX-7 equipped with quite a few nice parts. I was semi-restoring the car for sentimental reasons, but I have decided to focus on the Miata and I would like to recoup some of the cost of my expensive parts before selling the car.
These are the most of the parts off the top of my head.
Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustable struts (used ~15k)
Ground Control Coilover kit
RacingBeat SS oil cooler lines
Full RacingBeat exhaust
Adapter to mount a cone filter to the AFM
Flex-a-Lite Black Magic electric fan
Goodridge SS brake lines
SS clutch line
Spankin new clutch hydraulics.
2+2 rear sear
factory spoiler
As long as you're within a days drive of KCMO (for the cost of gas + a night on your couch) I'll even drive it to your place on the weekend where we [ mostly you ] can swap the parts.
I also have a new never installed AutoPower 4pt Rollbar with harness bar and removable cross brace sitting in the garage.
PM me if anyone is interested.

lol, yeah. Not trying to hijack, just trying to sweeten your deal.
Your RX-7 is incredibly clean. Plus the non-turbo models practically run forever, Mine was like yours 10 years ago. I bought it with 134k and it currently has 244k on the clock with little more basic maintenance. Not to mention the rotary is just so smooth and the torque just keeps climbing.
Seriously, somebody buy Apex's car before I have a rotary relapse!

I was actually in shock when I looked at the chassis when I bought the car this summer, and found it to be rust free. The owner knew what my look was for, and he said "yea the old man that i bought it from had some rust treatment done", and I believe it.
Also to note - I traced the best I could and found myself to be the fourth owner.. An older man owned it untill 2000 or 2001, then it went through two more owners to me this past summer.
