Interesting hood prop rod mod. He even put the clip on the other end of the FSTB.

I wonder why they did that. If it was over the rad ic then itd make sense, but its not.

I just figured it out, looks like FM didn't make a cutout in the airbox shield on the older kits.

Wish I were closer.

The mileage might be a deterrent, but at least you know it was reliable.

Yeah, sucks that it's in Colorado, but it's killing me that I could easily sell my car, hardtop, and various parts for $6k+ and buy this with a 1.8l.

I think the mileage is scarring bigteninch away. With that kind of mileage you know it was reliable and was actually driven.

If you're buying a pre-built turbo car, hard to go wrong with one that FM put together. Who cares about the mileage, the motor was refreshed and bushings/suspension is easy to keep updated yourself.

+1, always beware of turbo setups for sale that say:

Only 2k miles on the built motor and turbo setup!!!

These are the cars that the builder royally fucked up on and generally the seller is sick of trying to get the car right. Nobody drops thousands of dollars on a turbo setup with the intention of selling it for a fraction of what they paid. Generally the case is: "I just dropped $6k on a built motor/turbo setup and I overheated / screwed up the motor in the first 500 miles. Now it doesn't run quite right, and to fix it I'll have to put another $5k into it, Time to cut my losses and sell it to some unsuspecting high school riceboi for $3-4k..."

Is this sold already or am I doing something wrong because I only see one that's listed for $15k.

Must be sold or off the market. I've got the dude's email if you really want to make sure.
