I do have have both headlight covers, as well as a ton of other parts including a fully built motor that made 350whp on a conservative tune. I had someone offer 12k locally, and don’t want to part with it at that price, but decided to test the market hoping someone would make an offer. We all see how that went. At 12k I will gladly hold onto it, replace the head gasket and enjoy the car for years to come! Glad I could provide some entertainment for the community.

I would have creamed myself to get $12k for that.
Don't get me wrong, i like the car. Like a lot. It's something i would throw together. I dig the mismatched paint. It seems like it has mostly nice parts. (I'd immediately remove the Veeeeeeemacks though) I'd probably consider $5500-$6k for a fun toy to mess around with and run into stuff with.

I think its obvious that the thread has derailed from the focus of selling the car, so id like to put in my 2c
why oh why people acquire beat up salvage title stripped rollers, and then proceed to install $10-20k worth of really nice parts, just to end up with a horrid looking and expensive auto that no one else will ever buy from them?!? especially when CLEAN miatas can be had for 2k and if one looks hard enough, find a clean one with a blown motor for under $1k.
example. i picked this 94 up for $600. body is MINT, blown motor.
Oh, and a word of advise to the OP;
Hit up the local pick a part junk yard, and spend a few hundred on pulling and buying a soft top and all the missing interior bits, bring the car to a normal car condition that can be driven in the rain. and a Maaco $400 paint job so it doesnt look bonkers and all the same color. then you might have a chance of getting $6-7k for it. as it stands its a $4k unfinished project car. or cut your losses and part it out.
