Default Feeler: 93LE turbo $20k

Gauging interest in my turbo miata. I purchased the car as a shell in 2014. It is a 93 LE shell. Only 1500 were made. The shell has a rebuilt title. The car was completely torn down, cleaned, and meticulously rebuilt. Currently it has a stock 1.8 motor in it and is running 12psi. It is making about 250whp. The car has been ran in a few autocrosses, and performed great. Just needs paint and minor body work to be an amazing track/show car. Over 30k in upgrades. Will include fully built motor with blown head gasket if I get full asking price. I also have tons of receipts. Asking $20k.

But he's going throw in a build/blown motor too, surely that ups the ante

eh. Ideally ya, it would be nice. But still, fully built cars making 300+whp with body panels that are all the same color don't go for 20k.

Like I said, I’m just gauging interest. If I can get near my asking price, I will move on. If I can’t, I’ll gladly keep the car!

While I am not going to **** all over this car which has decent parts (wtf stock motor doh?) even with a paint job I would be impressed with 10 grand. Also V maxxxxxxx does not go on a 20 grand car.

Just part it out if you want to recoup the most funds. Imo it is a waste to sell as a complete car.

take the time to price everything out, including shipping. It took a long time (6months)for my brand new parts to sell at 80% of new cost. Price things out using that scale. 80% brand new down to maybe 50% if poor but useable condition.

thats still a minimum of 15k recovered. Good luck

Building cars
is a losing investment. Keep it, or part it out, collect your 7-9k and be glad you did that well.

A little scewed perspective - but I just bought a 2015 Lexus RX 350 with 40k miles, for 17k.

Just so you know, nothing about the LE shell is special except the interior, which you do not have. I got excited when I saw the title, then very disappointed with the stripped interior, and not even the red dash.

since you complained about us shitting in this thread, I'm going to actually **** on your pos.

Just needs paint and minor body work to be an amazing track/show car. Over 30k in upgrades.
it needs about $30k in paint/upgrades to make this an amazing track/show car.

you're out of your mind if you think this POS is worth $2K -- let alone $20K.

Like I said to shuiend, it is interesting to me that the forum rules of not thread shitting the for sale section is being violated by multiple admin. If you don’t like the price, move on. Like I said, if there is interest, I’ll part with it. If not, I’ll keep it. Doesn’t hurt me at all. Go ahead and close the thread. Thanks

Dude.

You can't seriously have expected to throw something so outlandish out on this site and not get a little hazing for it. The car doesn't even have both headlight covers.
