Trying to get a feeler on potentially selling my 1995 M Edition with a FM2 DIY Turbo kit installed. Car only has ~74k miles. I love this car and put a lot of money/time into it, but recent unexpected bills are having me consider selling it.

Almost all of the parts listed below are brand new and only have less than 1000 miles on them unless otherwise noted. Feel free to ask any questions. Additional Info:

Engine/Power:
-Timing belt kit from FM replaced at 71K miles (timing belt, cam seals, front crank seal, a valve cover gasket, thermostat neck O-ring and a CAS O-ring, accessory belts)
-Water pump replaced at 71k miles (nothing wrong with it, but did it while doing timing belt)
-Garrett 2554R turbo from FM2 kit with stainless steel oil/water lines
-Tomei Wastegate Actuator w 10lb spring
-DIY intercooler setup w/ CXracing intercooler (2.5 inch piping for 75% of the runs)
-Turbosmart kompact BOV
-EGR block off plate
-FM lower radiator hose
-FM manifold, turbo outlet, downpipe
-Custom 2.5 inch mandrel bent exhaust with magnaflow muffler

Transmission:
-FM Happy Meal stage 1 kit installed at 74k miles
-Rear main crank seal replaced at same time
-Stainless steel clutch line installed at same time

Suspension/Wheels:
-Konig Hypergram wheels (1 year old)
-Bridgestone RE71R tires (also 1 year old)
-Tein Coilovers(about 2 years old)

Appearance/Electronics:
-MSPNP2
-AEM Digital Boost gauge and AEM Digital Wideband installed in center console vents
-DOES NOT HAVE HARD TOP PICTURED
-Cover for when the top is down

I'm sure I'm forgetting some things... will update post if I remember

The Bad:
-Turbo has significant shaft play. Needs replacing sooner rather than later. (main reason for the big price drop)
-Soft top has a cracked plastic rear window
-Rocker rust along the rear corners (fronts are fine)
-Clear coat on the rear license plate area starting to peel
-Driver's seat has tear in the outside bolster
