CA 1990 Miata with FM 1.8 Swap
I have a 1990 Mazda Miata with a motor from a 1996 swapped in. 186,000 on the chassis and the swap was done about 3000 miles ago when I discovered the car had a bad motor in it. The way this swap is done is not 100% CA legal, but I have passed smog with this car and have the certificate in hand. Car is in good condition for a 25 year old car with the miles it has. Car has new tires, brakes, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, wires, rebuilt shifter turret, redline gear oil in transmission. Car has AC but it does not blow cold, and I never looked into repairing it, and the airbag light flashes. Car also has a Hard Dog Hard Core M1 roll hoop. Price is firm with the hoop installed, but without it I can negotiate some on price, but as you know that will leave holes in the package shelf.
Car runs and drives great has stock NB2 suspension on it. A Megasquirt, intake and full exhaust would make this a really fun non-turbo car. I am selling the car because I bought a newer Miata.
$2700
Car is located about 30 miles north east of Sacramento.
