BEGi S4 '99 sport
I'm doing what once seemed unfathomable, and parting ways with my '99. I picked the car up in June '04 from the original owner, who didn't even know what the sport package was. From there, the car progressed through autocross class stages, from C Stock to CSP to now being ready for SM2 battle. No expenses were spared in scoring parts for this car.
1999 emerald mica sport package
~53k IIRC (it's been 7 months since I've even seen it)
5 speed, Torsen, black cloth w/ crank windows and no A/C, but does have P/S
Factory paint-matched hardtop; soft-top removed for weight savings
-BEGi S4 turbo kit w/ GT2560, Xede, 550s, Tial EWG, IC #3
-Enthuza 3" stainless single-exit exhaust
-GReddy Profec B Spec II EBC
-ACT HD clutch
-Flyin Miata 10 lb flywheel
-Mazda Competition engine mounts
-Koyo 38mm aluminum radiator
-Beat Rush radiator cooling panel
-Tein Flex coilovers with 10/6 rates
-Racing Beat tubular front sway bar
-Tuckin99 under-fender braces
-Beat Rush rear platform brace
-EBC Greenstuff front and rear pads
-Auto Meter boost gauge with pillar mount
-IL Motorsport short shifter with leather Mazdaspeed ****
-Beat Rush low-profile hardtop latch kit (for use with roll-bar)
Car currently sits on stock 15x6 alloys with beat all-seasons, although I do have brand new 15x8 nickel 6ULs and 225/45 Hankook RS2s that could be sold with it. Also available as extras with the car are (all items brand new, and uninstalled):
Hard Dog Hardcore double diagonal roll bar (standard black finish)
AEM UEGO wideband 02 with gauge
MOMO Start seat (black; original lightweight design)
The car hasn't been driven very much since August '06. After I got back from Iraq the last time, I installed the turbo kit, exhaust, EBC, flywheel, radiator, and coilovers. The turbo installation took quite a while, as I had to wait for opportunities away from work and at times, parts from BEGi. Once it was complete, I didn't have time to play with the Xede, so the car hasn't been driven but maybe 50 miles in the last year and a half. Due to this, the Xede still needs work. The car drives fine, and will get you from A to B, but I wouldn't advise digging into boost without tuning.
I have finally come to the conclusion that the car is impractical for my needs, as I don't have a tow vehicle or a trailer. Additionally, with so very little free time when I am stateside, this project has been slowed significantly.
$10,000 as it sits
$11,000 with the 6ULs/RS2s
I don't need to sell it, so I won't entertain low-ball offers. For the time, this is the only photo that I have available.
Car is located in Fayetteville, NC. I will be there during the second and third weeks of July for leave, and will be more than happy to show the car at that time. No joyrides will be offered, as this is still my baby afterall. Inquire through PM.

As I get more time to get online and also think of other relevant stuff to add, I'll post it.
The car was purchased by the original owner from Rick Case Mazda in Gwinnett County, outside Atlanta. He put 32k miles on it, driving it only occasionally. At the time of purchase, the car was very obviously well-maintained. I'm pretty sure I still have the window sticker, too.
After I picked it up from him, I maintained it myself, changing the oil every 3,000 miles. Between the time I purchased the car and the turbo install, I ran Mobil 1 10w30 with Fram filters. During and after the turbo install, I used Royal Purple 10w30 with Fram filters. The transmission oil was changed using Redline when I installed the ACT clutch in the summer of 2006. The rear differential oil was changed during the turbo install in the winter of 2008 using Redline 75w90.
The car will come with a well-used factory service manual, complete with plenty of my greasy finger prints.
More to follow.
