I don't wanna break your heart, but since I'm an absolute authority on the used '99 market and you asked, I'll weigh in:
It looks like a '99 w/leather package and appearance package #1, plus the spoiler... but you couldn't get the spoiler without also foglights from the factory? You also have '01+ LS wheels, and no ABS. But you don't mention any of this in your ad... in fact, you don't mention anything about the "MIATA" itself in your CL ad... just a list of modifications. You don't even mention the mileage? And your photobucket pictures are terrible... you need a lot more in better lighting (it's summer now) of everything.
Your CL ad should have a picture of the side of the car in sunlight from much closer, a picture of the rear of the car from off to the side, both with the top down... one picture of the interior, and one picture (WELL LIGHTED) of the engine bay.
At 57k miles, a stock '99 w/leather in good shape is $6k. I know this because I am an expert in the used '99 market (I know I keep mentioning this). I see stock cars exactly like yours on CL all over the county asking $8k-$9k because that's what NADA says... and they sit there for 6 months renewing the add every week and dropping $100 each time until at about $6500 they disappear... which means somebody offered $6k and it sold.
The used value of all your aftermarket parts if they were sold in the classifieds adds up to more than $5500... but installed on the car, they total up to about 1/2 of that. If you asked $9k, I bet you could sell it for $8500... and the person who bought it would be smart to part the car, return it to stock, sell it, and start over way ahead.
The economy sucks, your location sucks, your ad sucks, the summer already here... sorry. Then again, I see some absolutely outrageous **** on the FM "Cars for Sale" section that manage to sell.

All good points. To clarify, I do have the leather package and the small stock aero package. It was possible to get the aero package without the fog lights in 99 for the first couple thousand cars. It does have the 01 LS wheels and no ABS (this is a drivers car afterall).
I will get some better pictures, you are right, they aren't as good as they could be. The interior is in excellent condition and I will take more pictures of that too.
jasonrobo02, I tried selling it there before I left but everyone wanted a car that could pass CA emissions. This was tricky since I don't have many of the stock parts, but I am fixing that.
Samnavy, it is already going back to stock. I ordered most of the exhaust components off ebay yesterday, only missing a muffler right now.
Looks like the partout will be coming afterall.
