99 Built Motor GT3076r
I'm not sure where to start on this car.
Location: Jonesboro Arkansas
Price: $9,500
My cell: 870 243-6433
Build thread: https://www.miataturbo.net/build-thr...gt3076r-92455/
This is a childhood dream build. I hate to think about selling it, but if I can, it would allow me to pay off some bills. My wife is prego and I need to pay off some debts so we don't have to live paycheck to paycheck. I have actual receipts for every single upgrade and part added to this car, those receipts will come with the car. I can send these records as well as current ECU tunes ,videos of dyno work and more pictures to interested buyers.
For a miata at this level, it drives very well. The larger turbo allows for smooth power onset and is very predictable. Full boost hits about 4.5k. So if you are driving it around town it drives like a normal miata. Very quiet, and enjoyable. When you rev it out the wastgate opens and the car becomes louder as it increases rpm. With the added sound deadening, the car is quieter than a stock miata when cruising.
The car has a salvage title. I have pictures of the wreck that caused that. You can also look through my build thread. I also have a clean title doner car that can come with the deal. The car has about 180k on the body and about 20k on all of the upgraded parts. Keep in mind all the bushing and suspension parts have been replaced. The body itself and the dash are the only original parts on this car.
Here is my honest assessment:
Body/Paint 5/10 It needs a paint job
Interior 9/10
Soft Top 8/10 One small hole
Tires 8/10 1k on new tires
Motor 8/10 passes a compression test and is strong
Drive train 9/10 only because it has a 5spd, as a 6spd would be stronger
I have $26,806.28 in ACTUAL receipts. I know thats a cliche statement but I usually value my used parts at 50%, I took off more for the paint.
Keep in mind these are VD numbers. On an actual dyno it may be different. I'd market it as a 300hp car. It might make more than that but I don't want to be over optimistic. Its turned for 24psi. I'm running about 22psi at the moment. Vladi tuned the car.
I have a trailer load of extras that can be included for a little more than asking price. I have an entire extra non running car, a hard top and more that can be worked in. I can also take parts off the car to make it cheaper. I can paint the car, but that will cost more. I would even consider partial trades. This won't be my last miata. BUT this is the "adult" thing for me to do.
I feel like the price is pretty reasonable. I looked a few pages back to try to come to a decent number.

I've been thinking about some of the ways I could lower the price of this and still keep some things for my next build. Hopefully this makes sense.
-$700 hardtop
-$700 return coilovers and sway bars to stock (55k on NB2 shocks)
-$1500 swap rear cradle with diff and control arms for a stock NB1 4:30 set up.
-$900 swap brakes out for stock
-$400 swap race seat, bracket, and steering wheel for stock msm seat and wheel
-$800 I keep the wheels and tires off the car
-$700 I keep roll bar, harness bar and door bars.
-$300 I keep the roller or whats left of it after all the stock parts are swapped.
If you did all that you are basically getting a solid motor/turbo car that you can put your own mods on for $5,300.

Thats with me keeping a ton of stuff. At that price point it would leave me with enough parts to dump on my doner car, I'd slap a motor in it and be NA for a while. I really hate to sell any of it but I'm in a financial pickle. This is my easiest asset to come off of.

Yep still up for sale.
Maybe, its really hard to say with me only having VD numbers. I've been too busy to get it to an actual dyno.

Here is as low as I will go. Any lower and I will just be broke all the time. I fell like everything is priced fairly. You can take all of the extras off or some of the extras off. This of this as "turbo a la carte"
$11,000 For the whole car as it sits with an extra msm seat and wheel/tire maybe some other stuff I forgot what I have.
-$700 hardtop
-$700 return coilovers and sway bars to stock (55k on NB2 shocks)
-$1500 swap rear cradle with diff and control arms for a stock NB1 4:30 set up. -$1000 for swap with 4:30 NB2 LSD cradle
-$900 swap brakes out for stock -$700 swap brakes out for NB2 sport brakes
-$400 swap race seat, bracket, and steering wheel for stock msm seat and wheel
-$800 I keep the wheels and tires off the car (you will have to provide wheels)
-$700 I keep roll bar, harness bar and door bars.
-$300 I keep the under tray, engine garage star covers, and diffuser
+$300 for 5 spoke 16" with nearly new tires
$5,000 for everything above taken off the car.

This didn't occur to me until today. Not sure if it will help anyone. But I can take paypal or CC through my business's QB account. I've been watching other turbo miatas for sale, and there is not a lot of action. Looks like everyone is having a hard time selling cars. Oh well.
