2004 Mazda Mazdaspeed Miata - $$6500
Category: Import
Status: Clean Title
I have a 2004 Mazda Mazdaspeed Miata for sale, in USA - New York.
Mileage: 91000 miles
Asking price is $$6500
2004 MazdaSpeed MX5 Miata with 91,000 miles and a clean title. I'm the second owner and I have all maintenance records going back to new, when it was purchased in Michigan, including Timing belt replacement.
Over the past few months, its received:
Alignment
New accessory belts
Coolant flush
New AGM battery
It has several upgrades:
BossFrog Dual Hoop Roll Bar
RyokuRob Red Tow Hooks
Partial Flyin Miata (FM) Intake kit
Forge Diverter Valve
Speedhut Boost Gauge
FM Boost controller set at 9psi
Thompson Oil filter relocation
Centric Rotors with Carbotech XP8s
AudioVox Cruise
Hella Dualtone Horns
GROM Aux input with Bluetooth
Aftermarket HID kit -- OEM 4300K
Clearwater Speakers in doors
Redline goods shift and e-brake boots, as well as seatbelt receiver covers
The Bad:
Its got some rust. This car has been a year-round driver since new in the midwest. Rust is limited to around the rear wheels, and a small amount is starting to show around the base of the spoiler. FRAME RAILS ARE GOOD. I've attached some pictures.
I don't have the OEM Racing Harts, just some generic 15" silver 5-spokes with new General Altimax Snow tires
Cruise Cable needs a new end
Its sometimes gets parked on the street in Brooklyn so it has a couple bumps on the rear bumper from people parking
I'm asking $6500OBO, and open to trades with cash (needs to be daily-able). I'm well aware that this car isn't perfect or for everyone, but it is the lowest cost MazdaSpeed Miata in the country with a clean title. Clean up the rust and drive it for many more years of top-down fun, or part it out and make significantly more than this back. I'd take one of those options but just don't have the space or the time right now being in Brooklyn with a new job.

Since I few people have messaged me about the underside, I took a few shots to show that the underside is much cleaner than the quarters would have you think. Note that I haven't washed the car in over a week and we've gotten snow/slush/salt since then.

I live near Downtown Brooklyn and drive out to Long Island every day. The floor is definitely fine - I can verify with pictures if you'd like. I'll also contact you at the number you gave me.

Can you post some pictures verifying that nothing is spreading to the floor? I'm over 5 hours away but my fiance may need a car ASAP.

Stock suspension, no dyno so not sure on the power, but a small bump over stock.
As far as the floor, you should be able to see the underside of the floors in the pictures above. If you really are serious and would like further pictures, I'm sure it could be arranged.

"AudioVox Cruise" is an aftermarket system. The cruise has essentially a second throttle cable, and at the end there's a ball, which you can see below. This is easily repairable, I just never have the need for cruise anymore and haven't fixed it.
