Default 2002 Lexus IS 300 39k 5spd Torsen loaded! Atlanta

SOLD - Wife is getting a company car, so the IS has to go (the RX stays due to practicality). My '02 IS300 has 39k and is under factory warranty until August 20, 2006. That'll provide some used car "insurance" and make it elegible for an extended warranty. Silver exterior with leather/suede interior. Titanium tint by F1. Regular 3k oil changes and 30k servicing by Gwinnett Lexus. Has all options except naviation. No modifications, except for an fm modulator and stereo plug for an mp3 player. Excellent condition with exception to the following: front bumper scrape under the pax side driving/fog light, small bullseye in the windshield on the pax side, small cigarette burn in the headliner over the pax side back seat. $18,400. Car can be viewed near downtown Decatur, GA. Call 404/7846547 or email with questions. I'll post a link to photos here, once I have them ready. - rob

Default fun to drive

IMO- this car is very close to what I'd call a 4-door Miata. Power:weight is a little better. Braking and handling are very similar. It's fun to drive fast, or just take a trip in- and it was $7k less than a comparable 330i. - rob

IMO they're totally different cars. I drove both of them and they felt like rocket powered economy cars compare to the IS. I bet the IS has about 150 lbs. more sound deadening material in it than either of 'em. I've already got a high powered car- wanted something more along the lines of 4-door m3 type car - luxury - power.
