Can you take pictures and/or elaborate more on the rusty seals and maybe a pic of the big scratch on the bumper?

 

Where the rain rails drain there is rust coming through. Driver side is pretty bad, very obvious hole etc, but passenger isn't going to need as much work you can see its just starting to bubble.
