99 miata supercharged

This is my step father's car.

Very quick. Needs stickier tires and more aggressive brake pads.

Any idea how fast the Miata is? Any specs on the supercharger?

 

I didn't know Vortech made a miata application.

I do not have any specs on it directly, other than the above link. It is a pretty big compressor though.

To tell you the truth, it is not much faster than my car in a straight line (at least before the WI was installed). It is a different driving experience though. You have to manage wheel spin though first and second (tires).

Interesting. Kind of expensive vs a turbo kit for the power, but so are all the other SC kits I have seen.

 

I agree completely, and pushed him to get a turbo.

Price aside, it is very fun.
