1999 rolling chassis - FM suspension, LSD, roll bar + more - $4500
This is the kind of chassis that's left after a no-expense-spared turbo build. The motor and wiring harness are no longer in the car, but what's left is a clean chassis that has upgraded suspension, an LSD, roll bar and a few other goodies. The body is in very good condition. There are only a couple of dings on the passenger side door and a few scuffs on the front fascia. The top has a tear, but it has been repaired and does not leak. I can include a tranny and driveshaft for the Miata motors, but this would be a great chassis for something like an LS1 swap. The SSR wheels are NOT included. The chassis is currently rolling on 16" stock Miata wheels. Take a look at the list of parts included with the chassis and let me know if you have any questions. I can provide more pictures on request.
79k miles
Factory Leather Seats
Flyin' Miata Swaybars
Flyin' Miata Springs
KYB AGX shocks
Mazdaspeed LSD
Hard Dog Sport Roll Bar
Pierburg Fuel Pump
Kenwood MP3 CD Player
Probably some other items I'm forgetting...

bryan + zoom, none taken, but judging from my experience, complete NBs with similar mileage are VERY hard to find for less than $6k. If an FD chassis can still fetch $6k as a candidate for a motor swap, I don't see why this NB chassis should sell for anything less than $4k.
Marc, it lacks engine bay wiring and an ECU. I will get some more pics up this evening.

i dissagree with above statements, this is a great offer for what you get.
Someone that wants to build a motor or perform a V8 swap, this is a hell of a starting point, you only pay for what you will use.
For $4000, I'd buy it if I wanted to build an NB.
Hope it sells quick man, I have no doubts about it.
You should be more specific with the drivertrain, some may not realize that they will get a 3.9 Torsen with this car. That alone is worth $5-600 easy.

this car would have came with a 4.30:1 Torsen2, not a 3.90

That would be a 4.10 Fuji, not a Torsen.

I think it's a realistic price, with all the goodies you get, but your target market is very small. It will be tough finding just the right person at the right stage of the right project.
I'd try to go for maximum visibility if I were you.
Though I don't think it's exactly in the same boat as a FD chassis. Those were pretty rare even during their production and it's been quite some time since then. (Not to mention they are one of the sexiest cars known to man)

Yes, the DIBS status has been revoked. No worries, Ed. I know how it is. Frank, someone from V8roadsters already PM'd me, so I'll follow up. Thanks.
Here are some updated pics, which I should have included in the first place:
