1999 Miata w/FM turbo kit and MSPNP2
SOLD SOLD SOLD
Hi All,
I've got a 1999 Miata Touring with a Flyin Miata kit and MSPNP2 I am thinking of selling.
The car is a touring package car and overall is very straight. All original body parts and doesn't appear to have ever had any accidents. There are the usual small dents and the hood has some hail dings, the top has the usual small tears ( I replaced the top with a great used Robbins cloth top w/glass window that I found for sale locally) and the drivers seat bolster has a worn spot. The front bumper cover clear coat is peeling and the tops of the mirrors is kinda bad as well. It looks OK when waxed up though.
The car has 140000 miles and drives great. The story on the car is that I saw it at a used car lot about a year ago and bought it. I really didn't need it but it was a good deal and I new one of my friends would want it. I posted it up on facebook and it sold to a friend a few hours later.
Fast forward a year and that same friend calls me and says that he needs to part with the car because he has too many projects. I buy it back and start driving it a bit and doing some upgrades.
It was running on a Voodoo box so the first thing I did was install a MSPNP2 and tuned it. It runs and drives much better now. It's running 7 psi.
My buddy had just replaced the brakes with new rotors, SS braided lines, fluid flush and XP+ pads a short time ago and a fresh oil change.
I had no idea when the last time the timing belt was serviced so I did that along with new seals, water pump, and a coolant reroute while I was at it.
It also has a CSF aluminum radiator and full Roadster Sport exhaust with cats.
It does have an aftermarket head unit with an amp in the trunk. The amp wasn't very secure so when my buddy went and autocrossed the car, he disconnected it so it wouldn't go flying around. It is sitting in the trunk but I haven't taken the time to hook it back up or mount it properly.
The suspension is stock.
It has some 15x7 panasport style wheels on it. I think that whoever had this car previously did all their shopping at Goodwin racing. All the stuff that came on the car appears to have come from there.
