This car has a very sentimental origin and has since opened a lot of doors for me. It has raced in 6 or 7 different states, won two National Championships, still holds 10+ Track Records and is currently in its most fun to drive version ever.

This is a racecar. It has been a racecar since 2015, caged and log booked since 2016 and was a dedicated HPDE/TT track toy for years before that.
Price includes all related mechanical/drivetrain/engine spares in my shop, as well as the semi-custom fit-to-a-miata 2016 Apache open deck car hauler trailer, and currently 3 sets of wheels and tires.

Total package designed to fit three different classes with two different sanctioning bodies.

Surprised to see this one for sale. Also, 4.7 + 6 speed, holy shifting batman, didn't realize anyone ran that high of a final drive.

In that video, the slowest speed I saw was ~85kph and the highest ~200kph, roughly 52-124 mph. With this gearing and an 8k redline, that's gears 3, 4, and 5 without dropping below 5k rpm. For these classes, you're not going to be going much faster or slower than that on most tracks (sweeping, generalized statement that may be false). It's kinda a perfect gearing.

 

I forgot the K series had and extra 800 RPM to work with.

I didn't mean it as a bad thing by any means. I assumed it made sense given the cars purpose. I don't imagine someone's going to stumble upon something that unique or throw it in the car just so they can list it on their boomer board.
