1996 Mazda Miata - $2000
Category: Import
Status: Clean Title
I have a 1996 Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - Minnesota.
Mileage: 92,000 miles
Asking price is $2300
1996 Mazda Miata - 92,xxx miles.
The car was turbocharged and hacked up in my Garage - now that it's time to get rid of it I don't have the energy to put it back to stock. The car has good compression (less than 10% variance per cyl) and ran great before I yanked the turbo bits off. Doesn't leak or burn any fluid. Held it's oil and water until it was time to change it, even with the turbo. Car still has some aftermarket bits on it, namely the wheels/tires, clutch and radiator. I do not have the energy to put the stock bits back on, so I am selling the car as-is with all stock parts included (wheels/tires, exhaust, ECU, that fun stuff).
Car currently doesn't run. It needs a new engine bay wiring harness and the stock parts need re-installing.
The body is in good condition. The panels are straight. No major dings or dents. Small gash in drivers door from a transmission accident. It has a racing stripe painted on, but it is peeling and overall poor quality. The fenders, doors and quarter panels haven't been touched by the paint. It has no bumper cover, it will need one.
I'm willing to negotiate the price as well as what comes with the car - don't hesitate to ask
This would make a great turbo project since you've already got the basics, as well as the tapped pan.
