1994 Mazda Miata - Turbo gt2554r MegaSquirt
#1
SOLD - 1994 turbo miata
CAR HAS SOLD
Location: Arnold/Annapolis, Maryland
Testing the waters with my 1994 turbo Miata.
Looking to get $8,000.
Was dyno and street tuned by ptuning in Manassas, Virginia. It made 218 whp 182 ft-lb at 10 psi (wanted to keep things safe) on a Dyno Dynamics.
Stock 1.8 engine with 164k miles regular maintenance: plugs and wires, new CAM angle sensor, new rear main seal, I’ve changed the oil like 7 times in the past 5k miles, new fuel filter.
Turbo part list:
MegaSquirt PNP2
Garret Gt2554r
Flyin’ Miata manifold and 3” downpipe
Full custom 3” exhaust to a big straight through magnaflow muffler
Flyin’ Miata turbo heat shield
60A Innovative motor mounts (brand new not yet installed)
Mishimoto turbo oil drain line
Cx racing intercooler
Budget intercooler piping (I wanted to keep AC so I routed it over top the radiator)
Turbosmart bov and manual boost controller
Mishimoto dual core radiator with fans and shroud
Flyin’ Miata Happy Meal clutch, pressure plate, and Lightweight flywheel (its the 10~11 lb one)
Type 1 Torsen LSD
Stock 5 speed (shifts great)
AEM UEGO wideband with brand new sensor (500 miles on it)
Autometer Boost Gauge
Hawk HPS pads with new rear calipers
New rotors from moss Miata
GM IAT sensor
Interior:
Has a new head unit and speakers so audio is decent
Reupholstered seats which I think look great
Floor mats from moss Miata
Manual switch for second fan (still automatically comes on with AC though)
Working AC (not the coldest but better than nothing)
Panel for gauges from moss Miata
Voodoo shift **** and new shift boot
Hard dog rollbar included (havent installed yet)
Exterior:
Front lip
Hard top with defrost
Rear lip (haven’t installed yet)
New door weatherstripping
Turn signal intakes (replacement blinkers)
Wheels and suspension:
14x7 Enkei RPF1 with Toyo Proxes r888 205/55/14
Gorilla spline lug nuts
Flyin’ Miata Vmaxx coilovers
Cons:
Slight oil leak out of the valve cover gasket near the CAM angle sensor (might be my fault cause I used a moss miata gasket instead of oem)
AC isn’t ice cold
Paint on front bumper and hood is oxidized
3 Door dings on driver door (I have another door that could be swapped out)
Crack in tombstone from when people broke into car
Driver window a little harder to roll up since it was smashed and replaced
The dip stick is bent to ****
Driver side mirror rattled a little
Intercooler is currently zip tied in numerous places (need to make mounts but it is still really sturdy and hasn’t given me any issues)
Passenger side rocker panel rust (might be fixed by the time u see this)
No splash guard
Car drives great and handles amazing, I’m listing it because I’m looking to buy a gc8 Impreza coupe, preferably swapped (if u have one and wanna trade hit me up).
$8,000 OBO with hardtop, rollbar, and dentless black door included.
I’ll attach some photos but u can also check out my Instagram at: 10_psi
